Kick off your first project
Every track starts the same way: install the first skill in its run order and hand Claude one small, concrete idea. Here's what the kickoff looks like on the Software Engineering track — swap the bracketed idea for your own track's project:
I just installed the grill-me skill from mattpocock/skills. My idea: [a simple web tool that tracks my freelance invoices and flags the overdue ones]. Run grill-me on it — interrogate me one question at a time until we reach a shared design concept we both agree on, then summarize that concept so I can run to-prd next.
