Turning Point Academy is a partnership between Turning Point Training Institute, a Dubai based training provider, and The Agent Training Center, the team that builds and operates this platform. Together we turn structured learning into capability people actually use at work.

How it started
Turning Point Training Institute was founded around a problem its team kept seeing: employees finished training, then very little changed in their daily work. Training was treated as an event to attend rather than the start of a development process. The institute was built to close that gap, designing programs around the reality of the job and staying involved while people apply what they learned. Turning Point Academy extends that same idea to online learning, so the follow through does not stop when a session ends.

Credentials, stated accurately
Turning Point Training Institute delivers certified training programs through KHDA, Dubai's education authority, and can align programs with CPD benchmarks on request. Those credentials belong to the institute's own training programs. Courses on this platform carry a Turning Point Academy completion certificate, and any additional accreditation is stated per course only when it has been confirmed for that course.
